EPA declares waste from oil-shale production ‘non-hazardous’ 2

Waste products from oil-shale development are not hazardous and thus would not have to be treated as such, the U.S. EPA ruled this week, thereby lowering the costs of developing oil-shale deposits on public lands in the U.S. West.

    hhmmmso this means we can capture the water and take it to the EPA  employee's houses that came up with this determination and use it to fill their pools and water their lawns with it, right?

    Not Good Enough, TisMake 'em drink it.  And anyone who advocates destroying the Earth in this manner or who profits from it.
