Gangsta goes green

How a Prius can improve your thug life 3

From Showtime's Weeds (third season, which I'm currently watching on dvd):

Glenn Hurowitz is the Washington Director of Avoided Deforestation Partners (www.adpartners.org), an organization dedicated to protecting tropical forests as part of the solution to climate change. His writing has appeared in The New York Times, Politico, The Los Angeles Times, The American Prospect, and many other publications. He is the author of the critically acclaimed book Fear and Courage in the Democratic Party and has worked in a variety of senior positions in the environmental movement and on political campaigns. All his writing at Grist represents his own opinions and no organization should be held responsible for it!

got bizniss go'n' onLike any cul-de-sac in any suburb in America.
    Or, maybe not.
Does that girl's parents know where she is, by the way?  They might be strongly disapproving that she is going out with someone who drives a Prius ...

She's a dealer CanisHehey, thus the title, she's the dealer/main character, who finds she needs to sell de 'erb to make modern suburban ends meet.  Pretty funny, but oddly more and more real as the economy falters.
Did you see the news on the mexican drug war?  It's huge.  Like Iraq almost.
I gotta get showtime back.  Teevee, what a waste.
