We've mentioned a number of times how green the Philadelphia Eagles football team is, but I believe we've neglected to mention that the cheerleaders are also backing the effort to green the team. In fact, they've been so kind as to pose in organic swimwear and eco-accessories for a 16-month calendar printed on (mostly) recycled paper.
The calendar will be available soon, but you can sneak a peek at Ms. November below:

Consumption is consumption, right? I would say we probably have enough cotton stored in our respective attics, garages, and basements right now to halt all cotton production right now for the next 10 years.
All that being said, organic cotton is much better than conventional, pesiticide-intensive, water-intensive cotton grown in Texas deserts. Where is "organic cotton" grown? And does "Boll-Gard" or other genetically-engineered BT-cotton count as "organic" according to USDA? I've got the feeling that we have more questions to ask...

Pretty much wasting the bandwidth with this crowd. Their idea of hot (or warm) is Al Gore, posing prone in hemp boy shorts while sprawled on the hood of a Prius.
As for me...um...I'll be back in about 6..8 minutes...
