Brilliant 1

I think I've mentioned before that I love The Poor Man. Today, once again, The Editors demonstrate a kind of crazed brilliance, this time on the subject (scroll down to the bottom) is Ronald Bailey's scrupulously "balanced" assessment of the new CEI ads.

I won't even try to summarize. Just go read it.

Poverty and global warmingGood read this.  Have you ever told an alcoholic he has a drinking problem.  Be prepared to duck.  This article has a heavy angry blog.  Angry denial.  The author's disclaimer is the surprise.  I almost missed it.
Disclosure: I was the 1993 Warren Brookes Fellow in Environmental Journalism at the Competitive Enterprise Institute and I have been the editor of three CEI volumes on environmental policy and science. I also dine and go drinking with CEI staff members from time to time and we usually split the check.
