   It's the same the world overTightly sealed borders are incompatible with healthy ecosystems. Period.

   a glimmer of hopeIt is hard to believe that some largish wild mammals still live in Palestine.  And it is wonderful to see that their welfare actually matters to some people in that region, not altogether distracted by other huge issues.
   
   Chickens are our cousins! So are fish! So are other sentient animals! Let us learn to be kind.
