   Let's hope this ad is a sign of improvement.Colin Angus (first to circumnavigate the globe by human power - sort of) found biking in Hungary to be pretty awful in 2004.

    To avoid daylight issues, we will start the ride at 6:30 p.m. Park and/or assemble at the old Kent Park & Ride lot, just east of Hwy 167 between Smith & James Streets. We will ride through Kent Station, downtown Kent, and into Auburn. The complete loop will be approx. 12 miles, and the terrain is almost completely flat. Please note there are no restrooms at the start location, so plan accordingly.

   Saddle sore?Could have more than one definition. Make sure yours fits well or those men parts could be out of commision just when you need them.
   Bikes are like shoes; a bike that fits you perfectly is torture for the next person. Don't just grab a cheap bike and expect to commute comfortably.

   Check out that mustache on the postman...Ads are how you change behavior, and sex sells. Ads are the only reason we drive SportUtilityVehicles, which in reality, are just re-branded station wagons, rarely actually used for either sport or utility. It's all in our heads.
   What the environmental movement needs are better ads.
   
   In the end, it all comes down to biodiversity. Poison Darts--Protecting the biodiversity of our world

   Go Magyars go!I love that Joan-Crawfordish moment when she decapitates the rose.
   As for the postman with the thrilling facial hair, Lady Loveless is presumably engineering a threesome, in the style of ex-Governor Jim McGreevy, his wife and his chauffeur: i.e., the husband likes to watch.
   
   Chickens deserve our true friendship! So do fish! So do other sentient beings! Let us learn to be kind.

   Fit to ridei think that this is a great post, and the bike to work day on May 15th is a wonderful way for employees and employers to bond outside of the workforce.
   Biking to work is going to become a much more prevalent means of commute as the price of gas continues to climb, but more importantly biking to work is just one more to better your ecological footprint.

   embracing bicyclesIn the past few months I have stopped using my car and become entirely reliant on my bicycle for transportation.  It requires a little extra planning and flexibility on my part, but overall, the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience.  The transition allows me to reduce my ecological footprint, avoid traffic jams and parking problems, and exercise daily without any additional time commitment.  
   I would be thrilled if the US Government followed Hungary's example, and began to actively encourage Americans to ride their bicycles, instead of relying so heavily on cars. It seems like a simple way to decrease demand for oil and increase eco-friendly thinking. They would also need to educate drivers about being more courteous and respectful of their two-wheeled counterparts.
