This one doesn't exactly knock my socks off either. It looks like they found the one farmer who opposed the thing (though I know that's not the case):
Certain Grist staffers keep hassling me to write about 933 and related "takings" initiatives in other states. I just can't seem to find anything in particular to say about them.
Here: they suuuck. Passing them would be disastrous -- financially, environmentally, socially. Don't vote for them. OK?

I am concerned that anti-933 folks might be making the same mistakes as the anti-37 folks did in Oregon. This issue isn't about farms, or even making people think it is about farms: it is about suburbia. The impacts will be most felt in the fringes of our cities, where massive development pressures will just vomit forth if 933 passes.
