   good riddanceIts a slow crawl to get this stuff out of our veins. There's just plain old resistance to even replacing it with conservative votes against green jobs, energy conservation, and green energy.Its time to get on the stick and move.

   Singular, "legislator"Note that she's from Atlanta. Definitely outnumbered by hopeless odds in a red state where even the majority of Dems. can be counted on to mutter some sort of fairy tale featuring "clean coal" in a starring role.
   There is no mention of the legislature (inclusive of a plurality) taking any notice. I'm thinking the coal plants are safe from this particular ant bite for now. Denial, appears to be a state in the American South.

   Mary Margaret Oliver is my favoriteShe has been such a good legislator for decades, fighting the good fight for children and the environment.  The only reason this might succees is that Georgia Power wants to build another nuclear reactor and charge the consumer upfront before building begins.  Politicians might turn against coal if Georgia Power wants them to.
