U.S. Justice Dept says DoD can’t refuse to clean up toxic sites 1

In an unexpected move this week, the U.S. Justice Department sided with the EPA in its long-running dispute with the Defense Department over clean up of three ultra-contaminated Superfund sites in Florida, Maryland, and New Jersey. In a Dec. 1 letter to the DoD, the Justice Department argued that the agency has no legal grounds to resist complying with EPA's orders.

    Executive OrderWell...a quick memo from lame President Duh-bya saying it's okay if they don't should clear that right up.  
    It seems, though, that anyone who owns contaminated sites should be responsible for cleaning them up.  That's just playing nice with the earth as far as I'm concerned.
    P.S. I did not forget the "duck" regarding the president.
