    I think that meatless Monday is a great idea, a recommendation that half of us will follow and adhere to.
    For the other half however, those of us who might be forgetful, or have bouts with procrastination, I will recommend the "Pledge 45" approach (www.pledge45.org).
    It works out to be 1 in every 8.133 days.  The website pretty much only has .docs/.pdfs available for download.  I'm gonna get a few and give 'em to friends and family.  Every little bit counts.  They, us, me, we, the Earth, and the animals will be better off.
